Guinness ice cream features the rich malt and roasted barley flavors of Guinness but with a smooth creaminess that is a match made in heaven!
The thought of combining beer and ice cream may sound crazy at first but looking back “ice cream floats” were such hits back in the day! Ice cream is amazing on its own but when you add alcohol it’s a match made in heaven! Pure indulgence!
In this recipe I am going to show you how to make a simple and easy base for ALL your ice cream creations. The best part there is no expensive equipment or tools needed!

I’ve used this recipe twice now but with a coffee milk stout beer instead of a Guinness, and added a little vanilla extract; absolutely *amazing* ice cream!

I've started using this way to make ice cream and it is sooooo FANTASTIC! So easy and quick. Made ice cream about 2 twice already and the children about 3x on their own. The really great thing is that I can buy a 1 litre pack of whipping cream and make a good amount of different flavours.

I tried this recipe. I added the condensed milk and stout based on my taste. The taste and consistency was great. I also used a third of the base and added vanilla extract and crumbed chocolate cookies for my son. Again taste and consistency GREAT. Thanks for sharing.

I normally use the same ingredients, but I add all ingredients at the beginning and mix everything. I place in a "glass" bowl and line the surface with clear wrap. Nice video, glad to see you're back😜
