Here I am, sharing about me, my education, experience and career path. I worked in India, United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and now in Canada, in HR field.
Here in this video, I am sharing my journey so far in all these 3 countries and how my experience of Dubai helped me in securing an HR job in Canada just in 1 month of landing here as a New Immigrant.

If you are in the probations period I think it's fine. Remember that the company also has not finalized on you yet. Where I currently work (here in India) I recommended a former colleague or mine for a vacancy that offered him a better pay package. He took it but found the night shifts tough on his family. So less than 6 months in (which was the probation period) he got an opening which was more general day shifts and he left and only having to serve 15 days as notice.

I remember you suggesting in the previous video that starting as a Recruiter is bit easy in Canada than any other profiles in HR. As u may remember I have over 10 years of experience in HR in Dubai but not in recruitment. What would be your suggestion to improve this skill. Unfortunately, I do not have this opportunity in the current profile. Will getting a certification help without any practical experience? I am a techie in US ($400k USD annual income). I have been trying to move to Canada but cannot find quality + high paying jobs. I feel like moving to Canada is like taking your career light years behind. How should I balance that? I don’t want to settle for something less than what I have

Dude... Canada jobs will never pay as much as usa.... you have take a pay cut....and another thing is its your choice whether you want to live in usa as a non citizen or u want to sacrifice and have better quality of life in canada as a PR / citizen..

Canada is no way near US as compared to salaries..but still poeple move to Canada from USA because of citizenship status..you always have the option to move back to USA once you are a citizen but definitely have to compromise on package for the time you are in Canada..its like you can't have all the stars in the world...you only have to see whats good for you and wht is the priority..
