Beautiful Lisa! You had me tearing up (not crying) alongside you. To have had wonderful, inspirational people in your life is to have been blessed. Through your channel, you too have become an inspiration to so many. One of these days I will meet you. One of these days I want to say, "I was taught by the one and only Lisa DeHart, a true Maine OG." Looking forward to the next 100 episodes. Happy New Year Lisa!

Thank you Lisa for another great and, on this occasion, heart felt 100th video. Giving respect and thanks to those who have helped us and guided us down the path with their hard earned knowledge is a great and necessary thing. As I can see from watching your channel you have learned well and are a wonderful repository of traditional skills, young folks today would do well to follow your example. Happy New Year, long may you continue to enjoy your craft!🙏👏

Lisa, I've been watching since day one from my Missouri home putting lessons you've taught me to the test on our Ozark streams. I hope to someday take one of your classes and see Maine from a canoe. Thank you. Keep the videos coming!

I just wanted to say I just found your channel and am very new to canoeing despite being middle aged. I'm watching all of your videos and learning a lot not just about canoeing but camping and the lifestyle. Taking care of others, showing them a good time, making everyone feel at home in the raw true wilderness. Not always easy to do! Your tips are fantastic. I've had my first ever canoe (a used 17' Old Town Penobscot in Royalex) for a year or two now but have only paddled on the nearby lake solo. You're videos are inspiring and I'm glad you see what you mean to the community! I've been wanting to learn how to run local rivers, white water, and eventually plan long trips. And while I may never get the opportunity, a trip with you seems like it would be a real hootin' heck of a good time. Thank you for everything you do!!

Congratulations Lisa. I'm such a fan of your channel. I'm 63 years old and just bought my first canoe this year. I drove to the Boundary Waters from Santa Fe NM and am counting the days until I go back. The inspiration you give is all a part of why I love canoeing and nature adventuring. It's about nature first of course and the experience, but it's also about the culture
