I have to say, I am binge watching your videos! My daughter is in Orrington on a nice piece of property and I LOVED our visit with her! I am from Long Island, now NC, and when I visited Maine WE BOTH fell in love with Maine!

Getting fancy with the videos, Lisa. Very appropriate name for a blacksmith. I was going to make a reflector oven but kaved to the dollar and bought one, made in Sweden,

my previous comment encouraged you to make your own. a simple 10$ flatstock and a hammer it will be easy. you just need the measurments.

what is the high you most prefer with those? 6inch?

Yes I think they’re 6 inch. Tripphammer Forge makes them.

@@3_Minutes_With_a_Maine_Guide i actually made myself some, total cost in material around 5$ each. its easy, you'll only need a length of flat bar and an old nail. for equipment a vice, hammer and a drill+bits. its a very fast project. i dont think i took pictures yet. do you have a website? i just used mine 2hours ago to cook some pork in my backyard.
