Loved that cilantro lime rice recipe. Thank you so much. Tip on getting your tacos like they do in Mexico. Marinade the meat whole then grill it outside on the grill 3 minutes on each side. Rest 6 minutes then slice it up. And it you rub baking soda on the meat before you put it in the marinade it will tenderize it while it’s marinading. No more then a tablespoon. Love you hun. With the tacos, try leaving the flat iron whole when cooking it and slice after it's done resting. Just gotta cook on medium high in a cast iron so you get a good crusted sear until desired doneness, then rest and slice. That helps prevent any possible overcooking from doing it with pre-sliced pieces. Then when it's done cooking, wipe the skillet to get any excess grease and heat up your corn tortillas in the same cast iron skillet you cook the steak in while that rests.

It's really simple. I like simple things. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

If you warm your tortillas they won’t fall apart. Most people use a comal or pan. I like to put them straight on the burner and get a little char on them. Adds great flavor. But only for a few seconds.

I do potatoes with the Lipton soups ALL the time. Same process you did, but instead of cooking them in a skillet, I put them in the air fryer.
