Yes , press the button on your inferior products and watch as you are connected to regular dispatchers who only respond if you actually talk to them. Also if it isn't Life Alert it isn't HIPAA certified so they can't share your medical information with first responders which in the case of emergency can make the difference between saving your life or making a mistake because they try to inject you with medicine you are potentially allergic to

You can get out of the life alert contract because of HIPPA laws, they can’t ask you for any information on your long-term care/in-house care.

Also, check the lawsuits the other inferior medical alert systems have against them. Theres a reason Life Alert has been around for 37 years without ever changing their name. They arent dodging lawsuits like the companies John Walsh and people like you schill for
