Hey Maria here’s a trick for that casserole I bet you could put it in two 9 x 9 pans that would be enough for your family for one dinner and one to put in your freezer

I have made the firehouse chicken casserole it is the BEST. I also have done the corn flake chicken and also very good, have not did the fish that way but I must try it out. Great idea’s.😊

I wonder if I used a heartier pasta if I could freeze that chicken casserole? Two cans of soup is hard to cut in half for the two of us. That is a huge casserole! :)

Can the fireman’s spaghetti be made the day ahead ready to just pop in the oven…I would put the topping crumbs on top just before baking? Do you think it will take longer to bake since it’s cold and how much longer?

Yes, definitely, I’d just make sure to put it on the counter for 20 mins or cook it an extra 20 mins

I've begun slicing the enormous chicken breasts in half- but they are Still tough and chewy! I don't overcook them.They claim to be antibiotic and hormone free- but something is clearly rendering them-Massive, dry and tough. I've since learned "Organic" foods aren't really "Organic" at all. They just have "Approved" pesticides and additives. 😪
