2 tbsp Olive oil
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 clove garlic
Season with salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
6 tbsp salsa
150g / 5oz Cheddar cheese
1/2 jalapeño
Bake in the preheated oven (375°F /190°C ) until cheese is bubbly and starts to brown, 15 to 20 minutes
