I read that progesterone slows down digestion which happens during pregnancy because the progesterone supports the uterus. I’ve been taking sips of water & baking soda and it works!!!

Loved this video and your tips fornhelp wirh debloating. Been doing well witht the acv with wing woman and gling toctry the exercises too. Will need to stock up on celery juice and try out the "coffee" elixir. Thanks Katie!

I like the Traditional Medicinal Tea for gas. It is really good in a situation when you have eaten something that really causes gas and you are miserable. I love all of your suggestions because I have that problem often. I couldn't find the link for the dandelion brew extract.

Do your de bloat tricks help for someone who is struggling with digestive issues stemming from chronic issues from years of eating disorders? I’m now recovering but my digestion is not my GI is no help at all and I feel lost and alone with the struggles

@@eunicelopez8460 it’s a blood, sputum and bowel movement test that you send to the lab. They check gut health, immune health, biological age, etc. It’s an all over body system check.

bloating may be common, but it is not normal nor it is something anyone should have to accept. It's normal to want to feel not bloated.
