And I think a lot of self loathing comes from society's pressure to be perfect. And they make it seem that they can't love themselves the way they are and that's the harmful part

The “wait you’re actually pretty” is the epitome of missing the point 😭😭 like miss ma’am ITS NOT ABOUT FEATURES = GOOD OR BAD. It’s about seeing yourself as a neutral state of existence; your body is a vessel of life, a machine making millions of complex intricate decisions at once to keep you alive without you even thinking about it. That’s beautiful enough in itself.

Bro the weirdest thing happened to me a few days ago... I use to think I was so ugly, but I looked into the mirror a few days ago and was shocked because I actually looked so pretty. I felt like I was seeing myself for the first time. I was surprised by how cute I was. It's like I had random clarity in my sleep or something and now i can't see my face as ugly. I still am self-conscious on alot, but my face is definitely less ugly than I use to think it was

Everytime you pop up on my screen i just wanna hug u and be friends with you. People should def mind their fucking business Edit: Not everyone is gonna like us and thats ok, cause everyone has different beauty standards. But just because someone thinks we are ugly doesnt mean we actually ARE ugly. And the same thing goes for others when we dont see them as beautiful. I just feel like your personality changes a lot how people see you aswell, and Spencer has such a radiant and positive energy which highlights her beautiful face and body 💜
