WOW! Thank you. I love having a specific goal - "So what do you think, are you ready to write an offer on this home?" AND only speak to one person at a time with the "I don't mind doing this ... but after the Open House ... I can show you/stop by/ etc." = 1 appt. Minimize the multitask to stay focused. Thanks.

I have been doing open houses every weekend I get engaged with people easily, hwv following having the info barely people replies back. I just converted one into a home buyer. Today I am doing an open house on a luxury home 2.5 million, Bella Colina Florida. I learned much, today this is my bussiness plan . Thanks

How can a new agent do 100 open houses in 100 days with no money? Or are they just very basic open houses, with no refreshments and snacks.... Just me and a Bluetooth speaker and a sign in sheet?

Look for a co-host, aka your preferred lender😊 Build relationships and they'll help you out as you are helping them as well. Hope this helps you🙏

Tom, thanks for these tips. Suggestion: change the (water) bottle; it looks bad, it doesn’t match your style and doesn’t add to the setting; better, a nice glass pitcher or bottle! Hope you don’t mind the comment!
