I wish you put this video was out last Sunday haha. I thought my achillies tendon ruptured and took the care into my own hands. Thinking back I probably made the pain worse by synching my leg by getting blood flow to the area. Did it to the point my leg was tingling. Yikes..

Hi Kelly, I’m 5 and half months post meniscus repair. I’ve regained full ROM and take my knee into deep flexion at least every other day with heel to glute couch stretches. However, the bottom position of a below parallel squat still feels uncomfortable (sore, tight). Any advice?
