Very true. Not only keep touching your nose 😢 but also asking other staff to clean the worktop which is not nice. Being a running big institute you can't treat like that. Especially when you are on the live show. India still doesn't change. What impression you give it to the world.

I am watching many culinary skills videos, but must say Swad has looked totally in different perspectives, touching the basics with a very detailed and scientific approach. Particularly with the commercial aspect, right down from preparation to presentation. The only suggestion I have to this very well organised and presented blog, Is doe each dish a detailed pre preparation with a special mention on time factor.

I am watching from the UK. Not being funny but why can't you clean the worktop by yourself. This is a live show and gives a bad impression about your show you that you ask someone to clean the worktop for you especially when you are on KZfaq the whole world is watching. It gives a bad impression on India. Slavery is still exists in India. Maybe you won't like my comment but it's true. I hope you understand my frustration of being Indian. Thanks 🙏

Also kindly avois touching your nose and hair while you are cooking and showing cooking to others. We Indians shall be careful to teach to uphold personal hygiene too while teaching cooking.
