1 tsp jeera
500 gm onion
2 tbsp garlic [ lasoon ] paste [30 gm]
1 tsp ginger [ adrak ] paste ( 20 gm)
1 tbsp green chilli paste ( 20 gm)
2 no. of dalchini [ cinnamon ]
4 no. of laung [cloves]
2 no. of black cardamon [ elaychi ]
4 no. of green cardamon [ elaychi ]
1 kg tomatoes
6-8 green coriander stems
1/2 cup cashewnuts [ soaked ]
1/4 cup musk melon seeds [ soaked ]
4-6 no. kashmiri whole red chilli [ soaked ]
3 tbsp ghee
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp haldi powder
2 tbsp dhaniya jeera powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king masala
Salt to taste
For paneer butter masala sabji
1 tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp lasoon [ grind ]
1 cup gravy
3/4 cup paneer cube
Salt to taste
Add warm water
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
Add pinch of sugar
Green coriander [ chopped ]
1 tbsp butter
grated paneer [ for garnish ]
fresh cream [ for garnish ]
