Chocolate Hazelnut Bliss Balls 10 Mejdool dates, deseeded 1/4 cup hazelnuts 1/4 cup cacao powder 1/8 cup maple syrup A pinch of salt 4 Weetbix biscuits Add these ingredients to a food processor and blitz till you get a crumbly mix. If the dough is too dry, add a tablespoon of water and blitz again. Add the Weetbix biscuits to the food processor. Break them into a couple of pieces before adding. Pulse everything again a couple of times till the biscuits break down to a crumbly mix. Shape into balls. Store in a dry, airtight container in the refrigerator for upto a week.

I just made the cookies. Turned out great. I used wholemeal flour and dried cranberries.

Recipe seems nice n easy. But I liked the accompanying music more.

Any substitute for Apple sauce.
