In this 30 Min BODYWEIGHT HIIT | NO Repeat | INTENSE, we will engage in 38 movements targeting the lower body, core, and most upper body muscles. Each movement will last for 35 seconds, with a 10 to 15-second rest between them. This is a demanding routine, so if you find it challenging to keep up, feel free to take additional time to recover.
