DAY 4 IS HERE! Huge apology for the delay. I had some technical difficulties with this one. I will plan to upload and post all "new video" for the January workout calendar THE NIGHT BEFORE, moving forward. That way we won't run into any timing issues and everyone should be able to complete the designated day's workout on the correct day ❤️

That would be awesome especially for those in different time zones too, like me! I'm okay with doing the workouts in the evening too but sometimes it's hard to motivate yourself after a long day 😅

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzfaq.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

I will be 62 in March and can do most of these workouts. Not quite at the same pace as Maddie but the thing is they are actually do able. Sometimes I think, nope, I can't do that...but I give it a go anyway and then find I CAN! Thank you so much and I am glad yt recommended you.

I just love Maddie's workouts so much. They make me feel like a total boss. They're doable but burn SO GOOD. I love your workouts ! My teenage daughter found you and we do workouts together now :) You are very inspiring for us both! I know you have warm up and cool down videos .. however I would love if maybe you had one or two minutes of a warm up and cool down with workouts like these. Would just be a little easier then searching for other videos. Also sometimes we forget to do a warm up lol Also we are from USA, Pennsylvania ❤️

Hey! Omg I would absolutely love if you did LOW IMPACT WRIST workout!!! Unfortunately I'm unable to use my wrist and it's really debilitating :( I wanna learn more various excercises without wrist use!!

Yes! Sometimes I can manage one maybe two exercises that put weight on my wrists, but any more than that and I need to start modifying the workouts. Most of the Madfit workouts are light enough in wrist exercises or I can think of some to substitute, but a workout or two that's specifically low impact on wrists would be amazing.

hey! a really small change you can make to help with your wrists is to drop any planking onto your elbows instead of putting your weight on your hands :)

Hey Maddie! I used to do competitive gymnastics for 10 years (training 26 hours a week) and I've got to say your workouts are part of the very few that get me sweating, out of breath, and feeling like I've accomplished something! Your workouts are amazing. I used to train with my marine friends but since covid Ive been stuck running a couple miles and doing yoga, but these workouts have put me back on the workout grind! Keep em coming!

Whew! That was intense! And I loved it. Day 4 ✅ If you also don’t have dumbbells like me; just use 2 hand sanitizers or fill up two 0.5L or 1L bottles, the size you use depends on your strength, really. I hope this helps

Thanks Maddie! Great start to the month. Those triple crunches and the standing/one leg crunch are pretty tricky. Your explanation on the crunches on the second circuit really helped!

Wow! I lost control of my day, and started this around 8:30, when my sofa was calling me, because I didn't think I could do it. I'm so glad I did. Surprised myself, I did most, there were 2 I could only do a couple on each side, abs and arms need to get stronger. Your directions during the exercises really help!. I'm doing the yoga stretch to cool down. I'm hoping these will remain on YT, as I would love to repeat these each month. I'm sore and very encouraged. Thank you! Maddie.

Lol girl I am on the first day of my period, even with very light weights I barely made it to the end! But still loved it and i love your energy, super motivating especially on days like this when i just want to die in my bed

I am absolutely loving all of these workouts! I was a group fitness gym rat for years but stopped going when my arthritis medication wasn't working well. I've been wanting to get back into it but I just can't bring myself to go back. Mainly because it screws with my head when I have to do the low options KNOWING what I was capable of. All of these no jumping videos are perfect for what I CAN do these days. And the tone and sculpt are amazing. These may be low impact but they are still killer for this 44 year old. Maddie is a great instructor, I feel like I'm back in it again! Bikini season here I come!

No it means you are much more fitter if you are sweating alot. If your not tired but sweating alot it means you can do more.

I have been doing this video 6 days a week for the past 3 weeks. It's one off my favorite. I really enjoy every exercise except the kick trough. I love this kind of workout. And like I have said in others videos, I would love to see a 30 min intense HIIT full body with weights and booty band.

I'm not sure I did all the exercises right, this workout was a bit complicated, especially when you don't have dumbbells and use something that is hard to grip. But somehow day 4 completed ✊

Two words: foam roller. Do a routine every evening. Makes a world of difference.

Update : so I decided to catch up on Day 4 video and to drop on Day 5's one. I'll keep it up on Day 6. I guess I can rest one day more when I need to and try to complete the calendar as much as I can : it'll be good even if I can't do all vids. :)
