Really got my heart pumping, I felt the burn in the glutes and lower abs. There where a couple of moves that I have not done before it felt weird (I'm sure I was doing it wrong) but I improvised to my needs and it worked out nice. Thank you keep up the videos.

First workout with you and I loved it! I loved the fun aspect of dance move. Too often its so serious and we (at least me) forget that training should be entertaining too, not just painful! I appreciated that really much!! Also, the workout its achievable! I saw so many workout who are too much difficult. I'm happy I found you!! I would try much more of your videos!Thank you for sharing this!🎉❤

Personal background: I hate exercising and I'm really out of shape. This is such a great workout. It's not so rigorous that you feel tortured and want to quit, but it definitely gets your heart rate up and it works your abs as effectively as planks. When I first tried it, I (wrongly) thought it didn't do anything for my abs because I couldn't feel "the burn". But the proof is in the pudding: I was in massive pain the next three days! It's my new favorite exercise because of the manageable duration, it's easy on the body, and it's effective.

I really had to push myself to get up and workout because I didn’t want to. I reminded myself how good I always feel afterwards so I got up and chose this video of yours. All of the thoughts of not wanting to exercise quickly went away. I was having so much fun. Your videos always remind me how much better and energized I feel when I move.

I keep discovering more great workouts! EleniFit is an excellent provider of quality workouts for a variety of fitness levels and styles of movement. Thank you, Eleni, especially for providing so many good standing workouts. Thank you for offering solid cardio workouts without having to jump and/or/also get down on the floor--especially for this muscle group: ABS. I realize traditional floor work & the associated moves on the floor isolate the core muscles more directly while demanding more contractions / flexing of the core muscle. And that's all good. I'm just so grateful for the option to work on my core while standing which is just better for me where I am in my "fitness journey". Thank you Eleni!

Loved this workout especially with no rest in between! I've found previous workouts with rests too long (I mean the rests) and I just decreased the rest period so this is ideal!

Always had an issue with core strength and difficulty doing floor exercises. I have back issues and a very weak core so I loved this workout. This will become a regular workout. ❤

This is the first video I’ve found from you. Absolutely killer workout! I definitely felt the burn. I do have one question however. Usually when I do workouts like these or even just fast paced walking I tend to only feel the burn on my right side. Any reason why this may be happening, and ways to my my left side feel the same burn?
