Welcome to your upper body circuit training workout! This workout is great for all fitness levels and is going to help you tone up your arms in an efficient yet effective way! Grab your dumbbells and get ready to push yourself, I'll be with you every REP of the way!

In today’s workout we will work for 45 seconds and complete three rounds of a circuit of three exercises. Within each circuit we will have a shoulder exercise, a push exercise, and a pull exercise. Focus on keeping a tempo of 2-0-2 to make sure you are getting hypertrophic gains! I also want you to focus on your breath and really targeting one specific muscle at a time. The dumbbells I used for this workout are 10 lbs, 15 lbs, 20 lbs, and 25 lbs.

7. Lateral Raises

We made it thru this!!! Great pump!!! My favorite exercise was actually the inch worm push ups, mostly because of the hints in the IG story last night!!! I don’t think I’ve ever done focusing on the flex!!! Thank you, though I struggled I am getting stronger!!!

I liked getting the inchworm push-ups out of the way in the first half of the workout. I find that if I speed up the push-up, it’s slightly less intimidating, and was able to add one extra each time, concentrating on good form.

Boy oh boy!!! 30 minutes was extremely challenging. My favorite was definitely the one with the inchworm. I actually did my pushups on my toes. I have become so much stronger and continue to become even stronger. Loving all the variety of workouts. Thanks Sydney. 💕
