I cannot believe we are almost done STF! I am just so thankful for the strength and endurance I’ve gained from Sydney’s workouts. I injured my lower back earlier this year and had to drop down to using MUCH lighter weights than I used before. It didn't feel like I was working my glutes, but it was necessary to not strain my back any further. It was hard to not feel disappointed with myself. I kept doing Sydney's workouts, and slowly, my back healed and I can lift heavier again. Thank you, Sydney, for continuing to give us these workouts and encouraging us to show up and do the best we can in the moment, regardless of whatever setbacks we might have!

Good job doing the workout with light weights. Sometimes we have to use light weights due to injury and that is okay. You have to recover fully. Keep working on that. Kudos to you for recognizing that.
