I just finished this workout, and I loved it! I was drenched in sweat the whole time! I love the instructor Megan! She has such a positive energy! Such a fun workout!

This was definitely my favorite popsugar video of all time! Megan, you are an incredible trainer and I loved your positive energy throughout the whole workout. I also loved that the workout was a full 30 min. because so many of them take up 5 min. at the end to cool down before we have even reached 30 min. Loved the dances and switching from right to left which made me think. My favorite move was the "party" around. Thanks so much Megan! That was the perfect start to my day!! :)

i did this to cheer myself up, going through a rough patch and it did the job! i didn't wanna force myself to do a normal workout so this was perfect x

Love this!! I really appreciated that she broke down the dance combo before going into it full force. I get so frustrated when I can’t follow along. This was great!

Honestly I thought this would be another dance cardio workout where I won't be able to perform maximum moves and gonna left behind steps. But this is instructor is killer. Moves were easier, cardio is about getting heart rate higher not doing difficult moves. I loved that instructor gave names to each n every steps which helped greatly to follow workout. Had to stop in between to catch up my breath. Yayayy for instructor! 😍

Great job! One of the best workouts on PopSugar to date! Loved the beautiful host’s positive attitude - you can tell she’s an awesome person! Loved the other girls! I usually struggle with dance cardio not necessarily fitness wise but memory and coordination wise. This was a solid workout, challenging and simple to follow at the same time! And finally - I was SMILING through most of the work out! Job well done! Thank you so much!

I really like how this dance cardio is easy to follow yet high intensity so I really feel I worked hard! Thank you for breaking down the steps with verbal cues to keep us in tune of the next step so we can follow along really well. Really enjoy the intention that both sides of the body are utilised, unlike many videos which tend to only focus on the right side of our body. Hope to see more of such cardio dance videos like this! Would really love to see a ballet or barre dance workout soon!!

Just did this, loved it, even if I'm not a great dancer. She paces the teaching part better than any instructor I've tried on Pop Sugar. Loved it!

Bro, this workout was so fun. I didn't feel like I was working out at all! I had so much fun doing this workout and by the end of it, I was completely drenched in sweat. Love Megan a lot and hope to see more workouts from her on popsugar.

I love this workout, I've done it like 3 times now. It includes both high and low impact but so much fun to do and I sweat majorly EVERYTIME. Thankyou for the workout!

I like how there is a consistent rhythm throughout the 30 minutes. It's like jumping jacks most of the time, which helps me get into it.

This was fantastic! I’m a horrible dancer but you made it simple by breakdown and repetition and I had so much fun and definitely got an awesome cardio workout.

Great video. Good instruction . Can do all steps now after 5 days . First time I was drenched after ten minutes and failed to notice that there was a beginner's version ! The full version is actually doable and fun. Kicking cardio workout .

I am in love with this dance cardio thing, l love to dance and I m now overweight but it helps me to workout, love you guys! Just it's hard to cope up because it's too fast for beginners, but love you guys♥️♥️♥️♥️

I hate danceworkouts, when my mind is tired at the end, but my body is not. This danceworkout is the opposit and it's great! :) The steps aren't easy, but not too hard. I managed both sets and I'm very proud of myself!

THIS WORKOUT! Loved the energy Megan brings (super cheerful, encouraging, and bad-ass). And was definitely sweating & got that heart rate up. Was a bit skeptical in the beginning that it wouldn't be a hard-enough workout (I'm a Tae Bo kinda gal), but this was perfect & exactly what I was lookin' for ❤️😅

Omg this was such a fun workout....5 months ago i started my fitness journey and i started working out. It was always hard for me to go to the gym because it just wasnt fun for me but i still did it and lost the weight and rn that im in the weight im comftable with its hard to find motivation to go to the gym but I just discovered this workout and it made working out soo fun.....sorry i kinda went on a rant but thank you if you read it❤

Oh my god. I burned 326 calories. I wasn’t half as tired as I thought I’d be because this dance was fun and easy to learn (thanks to the wonderful instructor). I’ll definitely come back for another round!
