30 Minute Savage Leg Day HIIT Workout at Gym
Have you trained your legs using HIIT training or with any other type of intervals?
Can you gain strength and endurance in less than 30 minutes?
YES, you can!! Leg day does not have to include weights.
Bodyweight exercises are effective and useful. Especially when you use HIIT INTERVALS to get that high energy burn. Been doing this 3 to 4 times a week over the past 5 months and my quads and hamstrings are starting look in shape, a brilliant but difficult workout never gets any easier every time I do it

Injured rib surfing...thank you for a kick ass leg session...I had to continue squats during the final upper body portion...but hey I GOT THROUGH!

I had mild lower back and nerve pain due to weak core and glutes. Wanted to build strength hoping to eliminate that pain. I’ve been doing this workout 2 or 3 times a week for 3 weeks and I while I fail in the workout the only pain I feel anymore is due to muscle soreness. Great workout! Thx!

Great workout. Took this training to the gym, jotted it all down and did it with my girl buddies. We did 3 rounds without the burnouts section. My legs were jelly and on fire. Could you do more of these videos. So good. 💪👍

Thanks for the workout! If I may make a few suggestions: -The editing is a little funky. It ends too abruptly a lot of the time and even cut off your voice at one point. -Why is there a bell for 10 seconds till the workout ends but not for the end itself? -Please add a cool-down/stretch at the end since it's very important and a lot of people will skip that step if the video doesn't have it. -You're a little inconsistent with showing us what exercise we're doing next. It would be better if you showed us every workout instead of leaping into it and expecting us to know what it is. Obviously things like squats and pushups are no-brainers, but some exercises, like agility, are not descriptive enough to know what we're supposed to be doing. Besides that, the video was great and my legs are definitely burning! Thanks again!
