I love this workout, I do this daily using weighted gloves. Then I follow it up with either a 15 or 20 min workout that you have. Absolutely transformed me I cannot thank you enough x

I was so thrilled to stumble across San Fran Fitness about a month ago. I was finding it hard to find rebound workouts on KZfaq that challenged me, offered some variety, and consistent videos. I specifically need low impact exercises but didn’t want to skimp on intensity, so thank you again for bringing that into my home. I’m feeling stronger and more energized without having joint pain. Noelle N unfortunately no we get copyrighted and have not found any licence free music of that sort yet either. It has to be the right speed for bouncing 🙃

Thank you. This is a sprung rebounder but you will see from our more recent videos over the last 4 years we now use bungee trampolines. We actually don’t recommend spring based trampolines as they are firm, uncomfortable and noisy compared to bungee cords. In the info are they rebounders we now use and love. Hope this helps

Thank you :) @@sanfranfitness I appreciate your knowledge since I am a newbie. Between the bellicon and the Jumpsport is there one you like more than the other? I see both in your recent videos. Which bungee strength do you use on the Bellicon. I jut ordered one and have the Strong but I'm finding it hard to keep up with your moves sometimes (and for reference I went with what they recommended for 155lbs at 5' 1" (and working on shedding some lbs).

@@kerrieparker6367 so we have strong bungees on our Bellicon and actually it’s our firmest trampoline. There is always a big transition when you switch from springs to bungees, so just give it time and it will come. We went from springs to JumpSport first and they are a lot softer and it took us months to feel comfortable. But in the long run your legs will get stronger and over all it will be a better experience. Did you use our affiliate link if you ordered a Bellicon? I didn't order with your affiliate link because I didn't know about it when I ordered (learned about you after but a fellow jumpsporter recommended your videos :) and I love them so far! the tribal bounce the other day is going to be a keeper... hard work but enjoyed it! I did find a used JumpSport 570 after the Bellicon so I have that one upstairs and the Bellicon downstairs. I'm having trouble getting in touch with customer support at Bellicon anyways so maybe I'll just keep using the soft... I'm definitely not used to it yet but can tell even after a week I feel faster, more in control and am doing the kicks a lot better than when I started. I did find a used and pretty inexpensive Cellerciser so I might use that one for travel or the health bounce but the jury is still out on that one. Honestly, right now my favorite is probably the 570 so far but I think the Bellicon is just a bit softer so I'm just not used to it yet. Kerrie @@sanfranfitness

@@kerrieparker6367 thank you Kerrie. I’m a little confused though… have you got strong cords on the Bellicon or soft? Or it feels soft? If you have the strong then that will be fine and just keep practicing as it will come I promise. With regards the cellercise I would suggest it’s not worth it. I always say, once you’ve gone bungees it’s rare you will go back to springs, so I think the 2 options of JumpSport and Bellicon are far better for your body long term. The experience we have had with cellercise is like every other spring rebounder out there - noisy, not stable and just too firm. But this is just our opinion 🤩
