How did i miss this. 😮When i saw it on Insta I thought Yes ,this looks fun. Which it totally was , with a side helping of leg killing moves 😂 A great combination of different moves that really got my legs working and now aching .... in a good way 🤭🤭

I first did this video on January 2nd, and it was terrific. I do one of SanFran's videos 6 days per week, and came back to this one today. I found the explosive jacks tough (and a little scary) the first time, but easier (and less scary) this time. But still a very sweaty workout - LOL!! Thank you for a great workout as always!

Wow Margaret, 6 days a week with us!! That’s wonderful and thank you so much. Glad things felt easier today. I really hope you will join me in my Series 21 workouts that starts on 21st January. It’s a combination of Strength building, cardio and toning and balance using floor work, the rebounder and weights. Each day is a brand new workout of 21 minutes. @@sanfranfitness Well, I gave this a go, some of the moves are a bit unfamiliar but it went ok, only snag was the leaping Jacks which I've definitely not tried before - I forgot about the low ceiling, doh! maybe its time to move the rebounder into the extension. #achybreakyhands

Hey and happy new year. This is a leaps and rebounds but they don’t ship to the uk unfortunately. It’s a size 48” and I love the size. Bellicon we haven’t tried out yet but have been told they are amazing. Maybe search on eBay or Amazon and see what you can find for the UK. Any of the following you won’t be disappointed with I’m sure - JumpSport, leaps and rebounds or Bellicon 💝

Just found your channel. What’s the best rebounder to purchase? One with springs or bungees? Love your energy!

Thank you Pamela and welcome 🥰 So basically we would always now prefer bungees over springs. They offer a lighter and softer bounce and just generally are a lot more comfortable. We currently use two brands. We have the Leaps and Rebounds that you see in this video and we also have the JumpSport teams. Depending on where you are in the world will also determine whether these rebounders are accessible to you?

@@pamellamimi60 so it is nice to have that option of tightening them up. When we first changed from springs to bungees we tightened ours, otherwise I would never have been able to bounce at the pace we do now. Obviously a lot comes down to costings but if it’s something you are going to do regularly, then it’s best to make a good investment. Leaps & Rebounds are a firmer bounce already do you won’t need to tighten anything up.

Hi and welcome. That’s a very open ended question and one that’s hard for me to answer when I don’t know anything about your lifestyle. Are you active all day? Do you have a sedentary job? What’s your diet like? How old are you etc. Food will play a huge part in someone weight loss journey and exercise is that lovely bonus that kick starts it all to. Usually I would suggest working out at least 3 times a week and varying the types of exercise you do. But for how long is up to you and how much your body can manage. You don’t always have to work out for 45 min. 20 min working to your full ability can be just as rewarding. Sorry I can’t give you more but everyone is very different. @@sanfranfitness unfortunately my job is sedentary because I'm working from home right now but it normally isn't. I'm a teacher so when we go back I'll be on my feet all day again but right now I'm not. Also, my diet is pretty good I do intuitive eating. I'm 36. I love working out but being this is my first time in my life I'm doing workouts on a rebounder I didn't know how much (long) I should do and how many times a week.

@@carmenslifestylechange7346 start with 10-15 mins and see how that feels and go from there. We have some beginners workouts so maybe start with those. You can increase the intensity of the workout just by how much you push down through the mat! This technique is something you will want to perfect and work on. Routines don’t have to be complicated to be effective. Maybe try following our fb or Instagram page as I often post up daily videos of what is to come and I have a video from a few months ago, explaining all about the “push” and what it means. Hope you can understand this and if you need anymore help just ask.

Do you have before and after photo's and time taken to show how effective rebounding is. Haven't cone across any on the internet. Futhermore have you incorporated a weight vest into your videod

@@Nagpadawala I’m not quite sure what you mean??? The purpose of rebounding is to be able to maintain a healthy body and mind. It’s amazing for your lymphatic system as well, therefore helping to release toxins more effectively than other forms of exercise. If people choose to use it as a part of a weight loss programme, then just like every other form of exercise out there, that is great. For us personally we have no before or after pictures because we are instructors and haven’t been on a weight loss journey. If you are looking for what rebounding has done for other people then I suggest you search in fb groups or Instagram for those types of stories. We are here to purely help keep people fit and active and to be able to enjoy exercising.
