Your posture looks to be stiff and upright is thus the correct posture to assume in this rebound workout..!?

@@murraysumpter8730 i wouldn’t say his posture is stiff but maintaining good form is very important. Shoulders are relaxed, knees are soft and core is engaged

I love this. When I feel it’s challenging because I’m not coordinated with the arm movements, I just go back to basics and keep bouncing then follow the coach once again and keep up with the class. 😊 TY. You are wonderful. ❤️

I started this beginners' workout a couple of weeks ago, and im loving it! I was looking for the Beginners To Better workout you mentioned at the end. Sadly, I can't seem to find it? Is it still available?

@@missoaktree that’s ok I was trying to find where I might have said something but I couldn’t find it 😃 Anyway if you like this try my plus size part 3 class. It’s new and a lot of fun choreography. It’s in the beginners playlist. Or why not try some of our kick start series classes. The moves are not too complex but the routine is fun and each week we add on 5 mins extra

Great workout for my 78 yr old joints and bones. 😊 It wasn’t hard at all. Thank you for your video. I used to walk on my treadmill when younger and did exercises with the gurus on tv but subsequently got lazy. I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia on my left hip and 4 lower spines and osteoporosis on my right hip so I decided to beat it. With meds and exercise I hope I can. My cardiologist approved getting a trampoline rebounder and he parted with “just don’t fall”. 😊

I hadn’t tried this one before. It’s another excellent one for beginners or for seasoned jumpers who are seeking a warm up or a extra gentle workout, because all forms of rebounding are gentle. 🥰 thank you Claire ❤

I didnt see « plus size » at first so i did the video thinking it s a little bite easier than others vidéos .. but no matter it was a good job for me too

So please search for the part 1 in our beginners playlist and that will be at an even slower pace and with simpler moves. Failing that try our step by step series that is also in the beginners playlist

You know I love this one! So versitile and such a pleasant bounce with a little mental challenge too! You did so great with this one and all the others! I don’t think there has been a bounce yet that I haven’t enjoyed 😃. Oh and I live that it’s 30 minutes too! With higher intensity bounces 30 minutes is a real challenge but with a slower pace, it makes a longer bounce more doable and I’m not so fatigued at the end, just wonderfully energized 🤩

I also recommend rebounding for lipedema, plus size rebounding (parts 1-3), rebounding for restricted movement and rebounding for movement and mobility. All great low impact workouts that are ideal for beginners

Don't let the title of this workout fool you. Whether you're plus size or not, a beginner or an experienced bouncer you can get a great workout from this one. I've been following Scott and Claire for years and when I first previewed this I thought it may be too basic. Not at all. I added a bit more energy, which had me pouring sweat by the end. And l loved the new choreography. It was a bit of a brain tease. I look forward to doing this one again so I can master the moves. Keep em coming Claire and thanks for all your hard work to keep us all in shape. 💜
