300zx Short Shifter Install!

2 жыл бұрынShort shifters come with a lot of benefits. Not only do they make shifting easier and faster, they also feel a huge amount more rewarding to use. My 300zx when I bought it had no shifter bushings but instead of buying brass or OEM bushings for $30 I found this $40 short shifter on Amazon. Enjoy...hope this helps ik my camera died so there's the other half I need to upload.

Yeah it's such a dope car but I don't see anyone rly doing things to them... mostly cuz. 60% of them probably are broken lol

I bought this same shifter from the look of it. I pressed in brass bushings and it works great! However the shifter brace rubber tends to rip if you go to hard on it. So be ready to replace it at some point.

What did you do about the shifter bushings being bigger than the bolt? I was expecting the bushings to be snug inside the short shifter bushing.

No the car when I bought it had no bushings in it. But the short shifter kit came with a set that fit perfectly. So all I had to do was install them?
