Clearly Italian, just like their cars = fast, sexy, manuverble, and an absolute thrill.....until you need parts.

We saw this on the Sunday. It was breath taking. A superb display of incredibly skilled piloting and team work by the aircrew. I really believe they should have taken the trophy! Fast jets are designed from the ground up to do this and much more. This fabulous aircraft is designed primarily to transport stuff where it is needed, but not to fly aerobatics. Despite being incredibly strong and agile, the skill displayed by this crew was amazing and so entertaining. Thanks for posting this great coverage of the display, I will watch it many times I am sure. Now, where can I get my hands on a Spartan?.....hmmmmm........

I was in the FRIAT enclosure watching this display and it was amazing. They got my vote for the ‘As the crow flies’ trophy for best display. The fast jets were brilliant but this was next step brilliant.

Well, what's so special about it? This is exactly how we drive our cars everyday when we go to work in rush hours, no big deal. Of course, always without using turning lights and not giving a damn about the signs of precedence. Jokes apart, great pilots, balls of steel, bravi ragazzi!!!

In Italy green light means avanti, avanti. Yellow light is okay, avanti. And red light is just a suggestion. In cargo aircraft wings straight and level, also just a suggestion. I love see the mini Hercules do aerobatics, it's quite a sight to see.

Never seen an aileron roll on this kinda transport aircraft before. Even C-130 Hercs only do a wing over which looks like a complete roll but it is not

WOW.... great piloting and aircraft, The C-27 is made in Italy but uses the C130 engines, so that extra power makes all the difference!... I think the US Coast guard uses this as well...
