This is a 38 minute all levels, yin-inspired class originally designed for rowers (and requested by my friend, Steve!), but the stretches are great total body stretch for everyone. We target legs, back, shoulders, core, forearms, and more. This class is led by Helen Cloots and filmed at Waipuilani Park in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.

Helen, I've followed and repeated your classes now for 10+ years and I just want to say how fantastic a teacher and planner you are. Relatable/realistic approach, spiritual, light-hearted, breathing cues, variations. These videos have been the foundation of my yoga practices and you're doing a great job
