This may come as a surprise...This one is about traction.
- Hey, it's Rebecca here with this week's 60-second blister tip. Bought to you by Fix My Foot Blisters Fast.
It's about friction and traction because if you think about your foot in your shoe, what you don't want to be happening is your foot to be sliding back and forth, and side to side too much. It needs traction, right?
Where does it get traction from? It gets it from high friction levels.
That's why socks, and orthotic covers, and the internal lining of shoes are made out of high friction materials. It just has to be that way.
And that's no problem, unless you're getting blisters.
Manage blister-causing high friction levels ONLY where you're getting blisters, with ENGO Blister Patches:www.blister-prevention.com/en...
You need friction, you need high friction for traction, and that's just the way it is.
