3 жыл бұрынI designed and 3d printed a propeller spinner very useful for diy build but I also tried to carve with foam didn’t work so well but only if I did it right but the 3d printed one does work fine

This is a great looking 3d printed spinner Tom, any chance you could post one for the opposite spin props? I'm working on a twin motor plane and would love to incorporate your design. Love your videos!

Hi tom, I have started to build some powered gliders and was wondering whether this part is absolutely necessary. I am guessing that this is mainly for protection when nose diving. I have a very lightweight glider, with an 800kv motor and a 1045 propeller, which comes with a small metal protector. Thank you

The propeller spinner is not meant to protect your nose.. it’s main purpose is to reduce drag as you fly through the air
