What if my plastic is at an odd angle making it difficult to push out from both ends?

It's weird in my case because not only did I use the tools provided when I bought the kit, but also I hear the gears doing a weird sound and then there is a high pitch sound coming from the setting. I know the video is a couple of years old

There always plastic staying in the nozzle though... how I remove it please ?

Hi Mist_Thick its best if you contact help@the3Doodler.com as they can have a longer explanation but to remove wipe the tip with a paper towel or tissue while the tip is hot. For preventing it the pen tip needs to touch some surface to start then move the tip while still touching the surface but not digging in. Like a regaler pen. If you want to draw up start on the surface make a line flat then pull up. Reach your hight then stop the pen but do not move it. Hold it in place for 6sec before extruding more plastic or taking the pen away.

My unlocking tool broke. Where can I get a new one? I can't find them anywhere

@@The3doodler I did. However you don't have the item listed anywhere. I was asked for my address so that they could send me invoice and then I pay invoice before item gets sent. I now have the problem that the nozzle thread broke off so now can't use any of the nozzles. I did try to email about this new issue but have had no response. My 3doodler is now useless

What will Happen if I use 1.75 size filament with the 3doodler create plus

It will jam it, also the drive mechanism is expecting 2.85mm also know as 3mm filament so it can't grip 1.75mm filament.

Note that Create filaments and accessories are not compatible with Start pens.

Yes or some other some other screw drivers that is small or tweezers ect..
