​@deenman23 There was so much to do in wotlk, what are you talking about? Most of what you listed as a con for wotlk was present in Legion. Legion was probably the biggest cake-walk expansion I've ever played. It's all a matter of opinion though. :P

@deenman23 Raided heroic (not enough folks in my guild for mythic) and did m+ pretty consistently. Got all of the mage tower appearances I wanted, including the prot warrior one when it was still half challenging. So there's that. Now, Legion, IMO, was a cakewalk. Mostly the dungeons, raids were fine. A bit boring, but fine. Speaking of raids, wotlk had great (and more) raids. They were simpler than modern raids, but everything was a bit simpler back then. Game's evolved since then. I remember the pvp being pretty great, good world content (depends on if you prefer dailies or WQs, I prefer dailies) a better narrative (that one's subjective too, I hated Legion's story) and comparable art design. Honestly the two had pretty comparable levels of content, I just liked wotlk more and you apparently liked Legion more. No need to get all uppity over a simple difference in opinion. lmao

With the Lich King dead, they simply do not know what to do with their existence - they are rarely capable of loving, they can't smell, taste or enjoy beauty, they can't procreate, etc. So the only thing that can fill the empty space in their soul is giving in to their evil nature and hatred of the living, that is gnawing at their every thought from the very beginning. Now, do I like it? No, I don't. Is it good writing? It might be, but probably unintentionally. I really doubt Blizzard has made this change for the sake of the Forsaken's realistic development and not just to keep the Forsaken "edgy" for the playerbase. However, wheter intentional or not, it kind of makes sense for the Forsaken to develop this way.

Sylvanas died a few too many times. You can't expect to come out of death unscathed, each time she came back she lost a part of herself. She is different from when she was before the death of Arthas.

Maybe you don't care to read the lore and quests but I agree with him that the lore is getting interesting. I know that half the people who play the game ever reads the quests that they are doing or watch the in game cinematic( my own brother skips the cinematics and just wants to lvl up fast and do raids and rated arenas), I am not saying that you are one of them it's just if you know the lore and read the Chronicles then you would know that the where this is going is definitely going to be interesting.

Strict factions are dumb and do not do the "medieval" world justice. This current expansion should very much convince all the racial leaders that their current diplomatic chains are leading their own people to constantly be involved with wars they'd rather have no part in (Tauren with basically Orcs and Forsaken), or their allies are not making good on their promise of common defense (Night Elves and Worgen with the rest of the Alliance). After BFA, the big factions should be massively downscaled to a name only, and the various diplomatic relationships between the races should be expanded like a net. Give the various city states some actual weight, and have the racial leaders actually look out for their people instead of throwing them into the meatgrinder because the red or blue warchief decided it was time to go a-crackin. The reputation system can still show you with whom you start on better terms but as it stands there should finally be that option to get exalted reputation with a race that is part of the opposite faction to your starting faction.

@@goran77ish I also main a paladin, but my paladin has had a felslate shard inserted in to his arm during Legion and worked together with the Ebon Blade to corrupt the Ashbringer again. It's more about the balance between the Light and the darker forces like Undeath, Fel and Void for my paladin.

Yeah doing it too fast without enough buildup will make it feel lacklustre. And thats the last thing the introduction of a third faction should be.

Like a book or a movie but after 20 min. somebody forces you to stop read / watch and tells you to wait a few month. That is not working out. If they want a character driven lore then they have to deliver it quickly and not with long breaks inbetween.

This game is 14 years old and there are many times that they leave questions but they always answer it,and wrap it too a end by ending the expansion,the end of a expansion is like the ending of a book,there is always a chance too have a sequal. Of course they have too have more questions becausd 1. Sooooo many people love speculation 2. If there were no questions than it would be boring and the twist in the story seem underwellming. Like the other guy said, I really wish you were trolling but it dosent seem like it.

I enjoy shaman, mage, warrior and DH. Currently I am levelling my paladin and rogue.
