Jas... It was so unfortunate! we got to the unit and realized that the camera had something on the sensor. We tried our best to clean it but we couldn't get it 100%. I apologize for this.

For the longest time, I always wondered what the units up there were gonna look like and the builder did not disappoint. Honestly such a unique and unparallel space within the city. They said it took 14 hours to lift the bridge into place

Hey Soni, thanks for taking the tour with us, When you're in the unit, the exposure isn't so bad. Not any worse than most condos in the city.

My Mom had the same complaints about privacy when I showed her this listing, such a Mom thing, yeah but that balcony would be a little annoying with everyone above looking down on you

I can understand it but why should they always look onto you they have other things to do

Trust me it was very unfortunate that the sensor got dirty but once we started filming we didn’t have the right tools to clean it. Had to make the best of the time we had. We are sorry

For half that price you can get a condo with a private elevator! If I’m paying close to $5 mill I don’t want to ride the “public” common elevator %%!!!!

@@YouKnowWh0ooo A private elevator would be such a huge plus to the unit but considering the unit location, this would be very difficult. However, the unit is still 4100 Sqft and has that massive 800 sqft patio WITH 3 PARKING SPACES! Not taking anything away from your point but for 4.5 Million, that is good value.

That kitchen was not 4:5 million dollars

@@thefurtadogroup7216 The owner might want to investigate reprograming the elevator to read the FOB as an executive floor with express service... If I can afford $5 mill I am not waiting around for the elevator to come up to me or get down to my 3 car parking space! Time is money and money is time.. have you ever waited for an elevator on the 33rd floor???!!!
