Glad they help you man 💯 and honestly just experience with a lot of great coaches when I played and a lot of hours on the field with the guys I train. Seeing their mistakes over and over again helps me learn the reason why and how to correct

Focus on extending the ball to the RB, keep your off hand on your stomach. Look the ball into the RBs stomach and carry out your fake

How would you change gym training for WR in season if doing your 3 month WR program? Do you guys have an in season guide?

I would say maybe 2-3 times per week for these specific drills

I have a question coach when I do a dig or a furl or a comeback what leg do I snap down with? Like on a dig what leg do I snap down with

A dig your inside leg or outside leg is fine it can be both. On a curl I like your outside leg, and on a comeback I like the inside. That’s how I teach it to my guys

All the way up until you snap then you can dip your eyes but they have to snap to the QB quick

Coach question, how can i do the cut on a post or corner without hurting my knee, should i drop my hips as well?

every cut you should drop your hips, and keep your feet under you. make sure you’re not stepping too far out in front of you/to the outside. just sprint full speed, get low, and plant with your feet underneath you

Focus on not reaching, don’t need to drop your hips on that type of a cut because it doesn’t involve you breaking down. It’s just a sudden stick, try not to reach and try not to have your weight too far in front of you
