Thank You for an Very Interesting and Entertaining Vid Daniele👍Your Ability to Re-purpose Anything seems Boundless ! I met a man, many years ago - in 1995 - while doing some Charity work to help Kids in Belarus after Chernobyl, Anyway the point is Denis was the Chief Mechanic for Hospital Transport vehicles - you've seen them on TV no doubt. Wee Grey, Green or Blue things, like a bad Toyota HiAce Minibus Copy ! He'd a fleet of these things to make-do and mend with a couple of Mechanic's Toolboxes, An Electrician's Toolbox, a lathe, milling machine, his Home-made Reciprocating Hacksaw and his proudest achievement, his own design Welder ! He'd a heap of scrap wire and angle-iron as well as scrapped "Little Pigs", as he called those ubiquitous little Do All Russian Vans. He'd worked for the Hospitals Garage & Workshop for over 25 Years, and had Never seen A New One ! Just Updates to the previous generation, and his job was to keep them running - "24 hrs a day, 8 Days of a Week !" He told us. We were sympathetic alright because myself & my boss worked in Vehicle Body Repair, so we Knew Deadlines and the 2 other guys with us were Post Office workers - They also knew the Time-clock well ! But everyone was amazed at the shit working conditions he shared with 2 other guys. Over the next few years we'd have some newer tools, an angle-grinder, some Impact-drivers and valves to make a good Compressor. We also sent him as much welding stuff as possible, but since our Trucks were delivering Medicine and used Medical Equipment, we could not risk sending him A proper, manufactured Welder or any type of machine, because we would have been closed down as a Charity - Only the 2nd to ever get Government Recognition and be Licensed. It was so Important for Us to Keep that recognition to make our ambitions a success. Story for another day, but Your ingenuity brought up some happy memories for me ! Thanks . The first project, The Turntable "music player", would have been cooler had you used one of those CD's or DVD's that are made to look like a Vinyl Record in appearance or an actual 45 RPM record! Great job with coming up with such great ideas!

Unfortunately, I'm not free like I used to. Every person should do a project or two in their lives..., and they should do it before college, because once you enter that world, you're busy for the rest of your life. Thankfully, I did many small budget projects when I was amazingly free, and I have some of them in the shelf, they make you feel good whenever there were bad times, great reminders of who you truly are :) .

Great imagination. Fun watching him build. But, he had to be doing this for quite a while. It was like watching Norm Abram from the New Yankee Workshop with all his tools and jigs. I have a bunch of cd/dvd players layin around and now i got inspiration. I want to have another axis for my 3D milling machine and now I realized that due to it's small size, the stepper motor is useable. (Then i realized that Laser program "Benbox Laser Engraver" is more competent that the one i have :) ) Been reading bunch of crap in the comments about this beeing more or less useless. The fact is that if you find this video useless you probably doesn't have enough immagination. Move on. Thank you for this video. Hope to see you again.

I have to say, AMAZING VIDEO! I am going to do #2. Wow that’s crazy. I always knew hard drives and CD-ROM drives have very important components like magnets, motors, amazing ball bearings, etc. wow. Just wow. Very creative.

Thanks a lot for your efforts ,i enjoy and learn from it. May i suggest that you start every project with a video shot for the project while it works then how you made it and write in the description the name and timing of every project so it would be easier and time saving for the audience to choose which project to watch.
