@@raghavand5170 A few methods that come to mind: - laser cutting machine, heavily engrave the bend lines into the material. Subject to inconsistencies. - Horizontal milling machine with arbor cutters set up to cut V grooves at predetermined points. - Machine that pulls material through it & has pinching rollers top & bottom that create the grooves - Actual CNC V-grooving machine. These do exist.

Seeing them have their hands near it and especially in when it goes makes me want to scream. Im from Canada and worked for a bit in a metal fab shop and helped using a bender like this but much heavier, they used blocks to position the metal and always kept their hands away when it ran

We had a plant in Canada and your local governments have lost their mind with saftey. It's seeped into your culture and now most of you are unable to get anything meaningful done. Work carries risk and some risk is mitagatable and some is not. I think you've taken it too far up north.
@jeffjefferson27432 ай бұрын
“Unable to get anything meaningful done” Canada has the tenth largest gdp in the world. You’re just making excuses for poor safety practices because you don’t care about workers getting mangled. Even at the shop I worked at a dude lost a finger several years ago heavy machines are dangerous asf even in the best circumstances.

Best to count 10 fingers in the morning and hope there’s 10 at the end of the day

One is also unable to get anything meaningful done when he has lost a hand.

Extruded aluminum would likely be stronger than this. I see you have carved out a ton of the metal by scoring across the entire length to prime the bend so this is possible, but I suspect this severly comprimises strength even if the material is steel. I believe aluminum would outperform this in most if not all specifications.

For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. (2 Corinthians 7:10) Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. (Isaiah 55:7) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

Probably some type of grind or cut wheel set a depth the. Just ran on whatever axes or possibly a CNC then each cut is laid out on PC and is cut with a specific drill bit or cnc bit
