Tie clip really brings a new angle to the show

Prince doesn't necessarily mean monarch. He could be like a nephew or cousin or younger brother to the guy people are paying taxes to the whole time. Course that just brings up the question of where that guy is.

While we're on about loose ends in movies, one of the biggest ones I've ever seen was never mentioned, remember the Wizard of Oz? Anyone ever wonder what Toto's fate is gonna be? The whole middle was just a dream sequence apparently, but the whole original conflict, the very entire reason Dorothy ran away in first place, the whole "miss gultch is going to destroy her precious dog"... Completely forgotten, the " wicked witch" may be dead, but nothing and nowhere does it ever imply that her "real life" counterpart is, and there's no reason to think she won't just come back, and try to have him put down again, as Dorothy first suspected she would. A dream is a dream, but the reality is left unresolved and undealt with.

So after seeing the live action "Beauty and the Beast", the Enchantress cast a curse that had the villagers forget they had a ruler who lived far away from the village, but it also made them forget about their family members who worked at the castle! As for Gaston, he left Maurice to the wolves after denying Belle's hand in marriage (But he manages to escape) so you really don't like him after that.

The Prince was probably a lesser consort's son and or at most the third son; meaning he's not crown prince, more likely a fief lord, but do to his young age they may have put him in a noble estate instead which would still mean the king and queen rule that land. So if he becomes handsome his family will more then likely announce him as royalty to which the town belle lived in would begin being favored. I have ample writing time and little social life.....

I always thought in Beauty and the Beast the kingdom was still ruled by the Beast's parents, and the Prince was presumed dead after being turned into a beast. I'm assuming each member of a royal family has some authority, but being a Prince does mean there is a parent or an older sibling in charge of the monarchy. Plus being presume dead is probably why not many people visit the castle, and there might be quite a few people who worked for the Royal Family who went to the place and never returned...

In what world is Superman Returns better than Man of Steel?

You know Daniel, you can just say the word "rape". The Death Proof thing. It's rape. And trafficking. No need to dance around it. And no need to "give it" to a movie you ripped apart.

I thought the implication in Pinocchio is that the stage coach magician IS justice. That delinquent kids were being served their due. Pinocchio basically gets away with a jailbreak there, and promptly repents his actions. Also, The Man Of Steel wasn't nearly as bad as Superman Returns. Not by a long shot. At least he won on his own power and heritage, and not due to Lex Luthor's made-up girlfriend ex-machina.

The official conclusion to that Superman story from Arrowverse's Crisis on Infinite Earths is that Joker gases The Daily Planet and kills everyone but Superman. Superman says repeatedly that he has lost everything and has no family so apparently he never raised that kid. He mentions him by name but we never see him and we never hear about Superman needing to take care of him instead of saving the world. The entire multiverse ends and never once does he check on his kid. That kid is either dead or evil.

There was a book called "The Beast Within: A Tale of Beauty's Prince" that came out after Beauty and the Beast that, while I don't know if Disney considers it "officially" canon, explains the backstory of Prince Adam (The Beast). He was apparently well known and liked within the town, even being a good friend of Gaston's. However when he found out the woman he was betrothed to named Circe was actually a farmer, he dismissed her even though he had originally been attracted to her physical beauty. When she returns disguised as a beggar woman, the Prince showed no mercy towards her wish to forgive him, and so she and her three sisters cursed him with the spell that would turn him into a monster. Soon, the Prince's fear gets the better of him and he decides to marry a princess named Tulip in hopes of loving her. Unfortunately, as the castle begins to endure more phenomenons, he becomes infuriated and throws Tulip out when he believes she has deceived him into thinking she loved him. Eventually, his transformation finishes and with it the dissipation of memories of his past life as he slowly descends into an animalistic mindset. When he does meet Belle, however, he comes to love her. The sisters attempt to prevent the Beast from breaking the spell by manipulating the arrival of Gaston and the mob, and nearly the Beast's death. However, Circe brings the Beast to life and restores him to human form, allowing the Prince to live happily with Belle.

Please never again make us wait this long for another OPCD video. Although I will say you are killin' it with that tie clip homie.

Fun fact about beauty and the beast, if you look at the details of the narrative detailing the prince, you find out he was cursed when he was a ten ish years old child, turning away a creepy old woman away like all children are taught to do... the channel film theory went into some depth with it.

About Beauty and the Beast... there's a Christmas movie that starts off a year after the events of the original movie, and Belle and the Prince are married. The Prince is said to be a kind and generous prince, loved by all the people in the land. Of course, there is one giant plot hole... 11 years have passed since the Prince got turned into a Beast (apparently the rose took 10 years to wilt away completely) yet everyone under the Prince's employment look like they haven't aged a day, and the adults were never told about the enchantment... AND NO ONE QUESTIONS IT! You'd think the families of the servants working for the Prince wonder what happened to their husbands/wives/fathers/mothers/siblings/adult children for 10 years, You wouldn't expect every single relative and friend of every single servant working for the Prince to be living with the servants in some sort of isolated commune.

Brandon Routh was more able to accurately demonstrate the distinction between being Clark Kent and Superman in a believable way, much like Christopher Reeve did in the original films. Henry Cavill just made Clark Kent seem like he could kick anyone's ass at any time.

Superman Returns is actually the best Superman Movie among the "recent" FIVE movies, that is BvS, Man of Steel, Returns, Superman IV and III. DAMN, that is quite depressing.

But there is a very good reason why the guy isn't punished in pinocchio. That's because he is a metaphor of the easy happines in life that many young people become victim to, without looking at their real problems. That's why really nothing could defeat him except the children themselves who need to be thought how to fight him, so when they get abducted - they can fight.
