For the corndog I recommend cutting hotdogs and cheese in cube the skewer them in intervals. That way you get a nice ratio of cheese and hotdogs. Also make sure you got a cold beer as well. :)

I just love all your recipes, and these potato recipes look so good. Not much on hot dogs, keep the recipes come, two weeks ago I was staying at my cousin's house and they had never tried Korean Food before, so I went to our local Asian Market and got everything to make Korean BBQ, had kimchi 2ways, I was cabbage kimchi and the other was radish kimchi, I also made homemade spring rolls. Well it was a success, they loved it all. Next time I stay, I'm going to cook bulgogi for them. Send you both love and hugs from Berea Kentucky USA.

I made the potato corn dogs for dinner earlier. My only complaint is thinking about the one 'leftover' is keeping me awake, I wish I wasn't so desperately craving that cheesy, meaty, sweet and crispy treat at nearly midnight! I don't think I have the willpower to resist, pray for my waistline! Honestly though, tried a few Aaron&Claire recipes and they are all now my favorite go to foods for showing off. Love you guys! X

Oh my god - i have lots of frozen shredded hash browns - they are perfect for the korean pancakes! Plus added chopped green onions - to make PAJEON! Sauce is superb. thanks so much for the idea 👍🎉

The potato pancakes remind me of latkes. Which is to say, super tasty. Question: would a mix of flour and potato starch also work? The kimchi fries sound really good. Like chili cheese fries, or poutine. Damn straight, that makes me want a plate and a tall cold lager.

Living in Idaho. Think potato consumption is covered. LOL Try using potato starch or corn starch in the potato pancakes. Latkas was something I made all the time for my husband's late stepfather. It passed the Jewish taste test. 😁 Going to have to try the corn dog and stew. They look so delicious.

Actually the korean pancake mix batter that koreans use ( just like what aaron had ) is made of mixture potato starch n flour. No koreans fried food without potato starch, u,ll see that once u know the food more.

Hi there you two! I have a request for a "Korean" appetizer in our local Korean/Japanese restaurant. They serve some potatoes that look like they are soaked in a brown sauce/liquid/coloring... I know, sounds weird. But I love them. They used to use fresh potatoes but I think they are now making them from a frozen or canned potato. If you have any idea what I am talking about, please do these potatoes for us. They are about 1.5" diced. Please.....
