One should to communicate in Ancient Greek to be able to attain the ability to think in the language and understand a spoken form of it, in order to reach reading fluency so as not to depend solely on grammar-translation and even just on graded readers (the latter still a fun and worthwhile method).

Querida profesora, acá en México se estudia la licenciatura en Letras Clásicas, pero no con enfoque Comunicativo, sino con enfoque formal. Me da gusto saber que usted enseña Comunicativamente el griego antiguo, acercarse a Aristóteles y autores como Galeno o Luciano o algunos epigramas sencillos, a fábulas de Esopo o de Babrio, o a los Προγυμνάσματα de Teón, Aftonio y Libanio y al Nuevo Testamento, también he leído textos de los Padres Apostólicos, como la Didajé, el pastor de Hermas, etc. ¿Usted nos podría enseñar comunicativamente el griego antiguo?
