I liked all of your videos but I specially like your rentals and your sales videos.. you are the only one in that area that is doing rental videos and please keep it up.. I like Steve's hat and I sure would have got the baby back ribs also.. I just don't like the way shanks taste.. thanks to you and Jenalynn and Alma and Steve and keep the good videos coming👍👍😁🍺🍻

Expats should rent, you can’t own it and it’s a gamble to put a house in the wife’s or girlfriends name, you loose control

Hello Is the bungalow in Dumaguete still for sale? Price on your video was 5 million pescos. We are looking for a home to purchase for our retirement that has 2 to 3 bedrooms, electric, hot water and aircon in the Dumaguete area. This house purchase would be in cash. We are in the UK, so one British and one Filipino! Any other properties similar to this one and the same price range in Dumaguete or Cebu? And any advice you can give to us about owning a home as an expat in the Philippines would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Simon Evans, (London UK.)

The owner is really dreaming to sell that kind of price. That's small place and old house, I bet you Guys is not even worth 2 million pesos. It's in the province area. They think foriegner will pay that much. I'm Pinay be careful ur money To invest in Philippines.

$100000 after adding on the fees for buying. Not a chance in hell. Build better that size for $20,000 to $25,000. Hope there’s not a foreigner dumb enough to consider that.
