About to purchase my first rebounder and was looking for some beginner exercises and found yours. I have chronic pain syndrome and other health issues not to mention had major cancer surgery on my leg and looking for something similar to get in so thank you for sharing

Thank you for this quick (13 min+) but energetic workout; the BPM were perfect. I joyfully bounced my way through each routine and got a great workout (sweating now). Just the right amount of time for me; I appreciate the cooldown stretches following. P.S. They always say in ballet class that to perfect your skill you need to take a basic class. Although the moves were basic, I got a very, very good workout and could focus on my center of balance. Kicks are what I most need to work on and your class gave me a fun combination mixing the kicks in a smooth way. Nice flow through the moves. Smiles.

Hi I am a new subscriber here. Instagram suggested you yesterday evening to me. So I ended up beeing fully energetic from watching your videos, trying to sleep... 😂 This afternoon when I came home from work I went to the attic and got my rebounder/trampoline down. This was my 2nd fun w four workout. I really enjoy the pace and I'm sore after which is good for me. I struggle a little to hear you say next move over the music. I noticed in yesterdays too. Not sure if its bc of the barn. I also struggle with the kickbacks and side leg extension, but not b/c I can't do the moves. I think my long legs/huge feet are at fault and b/c not much bounce is involved, I can't get my feet above and past the mat. Make sense? I can do the kick backs if I get a LOT of air, but then I risk injury. I noticed Jill has to kick a bit on side leg extension too, so I'm just following her.

I am new to rebounder I like to keep track of how many calories I burn. Do you know what I would set my activity on my watch. It doesn’t have rebounder or trampoline.

I think people do a lot of different settings...mixed cardio and jump rope are a few.
