There are so many amazing benefits of using a rebounder. After regular use for the past 8 months, I have to share my experience. This will help others. Using a rebounder moves the lymphatic system, which cleans toxins from the body. It aids in weight loss and muscle strength, increases circulation and our mood. There are so many benefits to using a mini trampoline.

Thank you Sandy! I've had a rebounder for a long time and use it on & off (when I'm being "good" and "not)! I love it -- I feel sooo much better when I'm on it -- I have a "rebounder" play list and crank it up and it's just fun. I just need to be more consistent. I've also searched on you tube for 10 to 15 minute rebounder workouts when I want to switch things up. Thanks for motivating me to get back on the rebounder!

Hello! My favorite workouts on the rebounder are on Dave Hall's KZfaq channel on the Cellerciser. He shares real people testimonials and then does a workout. I think you would really like to follow along with a 15 or 20 minute workout of his, and then you would feel inspired to keep doing it. This is the original routine workout he shares. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qbtjnMZ-tq-tcps.html

I‘m wearing a cgm for some weeks to get to know how my bloodsugar reacts to my nutrition as I was heading towards Diabetes. I already improved that within 2 months of lifestyle-change. However, a workout on my rebounder that I purchased 2 days ago, makes my bloodsugar drop immensely, especially after a meal and this is just amazing. I started doing a moderate exercise after each meal to avoid bloodsugar spikes. None of those exercises were as efficient as the one on the rebounder. I‘m stunned.
@sandysteinbrook
@sandysteinbrook Ай бұрын
Thank you so much for sharing this! You have numbers that are proof that the rebounder drops blood sugar after a meal. I would not have known this if you hadn't shared. I knew walking works, but that rebounding is more beneficial. How long would you bounce? Like 10 minutes, or did it take longer to drop your blood sugar levels??
@FreyaFreya-wy7qm
@FreyaFreya-wy7qm 21 күн бұрын
@@sandysteinbrookHi Sandy, I‘m so sorry to answer your question so late! I didn’t notice that you commented on my post. I saw a TikTok where someone claimed that rebounding is beneficial for your blood sugar and that was one of the reasons I purchased it in the first place. I usually bounce moderately for 10-15mins after the meal. That way it avoids spikes whatsoever. Especially when I occasionally eat carbs the effect is very useful. But I also noticed that it‘s more helpful to bounce moderately than excessively. When I do it with excessive effort it let‘s the blood sugar rise. Probably due to cortisol and adrenaline caused of the stress you put your body through. I still do exhausting workouts too and the over all effects on my blood sugars are great. I lowered my baseline within 2 weeks of regular rebounding workouts.

The health bounce is perfect. It isn't hard on the joints, but I agree it is probably best to give your knee some support to make it feel more secure while bounding. I had a bungee chord rebounder for a while, but I had to wear my shoes because of my feet pronating. The firmer mat feels much better for me. You could sell your Bellicose for a good price and purchase the Cellerciser when you're ready. In the meantime, it is still a great rebounder.

That was my personal experience. There is a significant difference in quality when I bought a Cellerciser rebounder. Now, it may also be that your body is getting used to it but, I was already in decent shape when I started the rebounder and the hurting went away as soon as I got a better one. But, I also know everyone has different price ranges and I want to be sensitive to that. The Leaps & Rebounds one is in the $250ish range and that one did not hurt my joints at all.

Before the Cellerciser, I had a "Leaps & Rebounds". It is a bungee chord style. I liked it too, but I had to wear shoes because my feet would pronate on it. I have the Cellerciser. I love it! I first bought a super cheap one under $100 on Amazon and it hurt my back! It's important not to buy a cheap one. Very hard on the joints because it doesn't have enough give. I also had a Leaps & Rebounds which is bungee chords. It was a good one. I had to wear shoes on that one because my feet would pronate. But it was a good rebounder. I know everyone has a different budget so I try to be sensitive to that.

I do. I almost always rebound in the morning while I am still in my fasting period.

@@sandysteinbrook Thanks! That’s great to know! I’ll try it the next time I fast. Do a health bounce and see what happens.
