Wow, that's a new start for ya,, new chapter will begin... Don't torture yourself for it ok, jus sit down in solitude away from every thing and start sorting out your feelings, what they're,for what reasons this happened to me? and what lead you to me doing this like this?... Assess yourself... dissect the problem.. Evaluate the situation.. Find a solution.. Then do it

Mental Health (write 10 ideas a day, could include others, monetisation, articles, other businesses, exercise the idea muscle, 10 ways you could execute the good ideas.) 4. As if it is really MINE in the first place!!! coming from people who don’t even believe that God exist. Trash talk! All of this. Advice okay? Do not say anything stupid if you don’t know what the person has been through. Do not impose your guilt by trying to cover truth with fucking LIES. Big brains, NO heart. BIg Brain NO common sense!!!

Blanche Discipulo I can see that this video has obviously triggered something within you. I have put the points from the video into a short form and in the numerical order of which it was explained in, to help people. I don’t know who you are referring to in your comments but you keep saying ‘do not do this’ and ‘do not do that’ you don’t seem to want people telling you what to do/think and yet you feel that you have the right to tell others what to do/think...? I hope you find out your source of pain and heal it as the video is made to inspire and help people, not try to tell them how to live their life. Have a great day ❤️

James Altucher comes across as you're average, normal human being doing amazing things. He's the epitome of the everyday person learning from mistakes, dealing with the hardships of life (both self inflicted and not), and moving forward. This is in no way a criticism, by the way. I think it's wonderful and indicative of why he deserves to be on this show.

It s been 3 weeks that I watch an episode a day of your videos since watching the one with Marie Forleo , liking the format and liking you as an interviewer. This is the guest I related to the most : the suicidal thoughts(I thought of making look accidental too), depression, his intellectual answers and appraoch (especially how he answered the impact question at the end) and the idea of working, creating, failing and repeating (an process of operating I m very familiar with). I m very grateful to you for inviting him and making me discover someone I relate to a lot and that I could definitely benefit from .

Great programa Impact Theory team, thank you so much! What I'm taking from it is the daily practice of asking oneself: -Fiscal health: are you moving, eating, sleeping properly/ better? -Emotional health: is the people surrounding you well intended and supportive as you should be towards them? Do you have any toxic relationship you should eliminate/limitate? - Creative Health? Are you exercising your idea muscle to get you out of the traps you have set yourself up to? Ex.: 10 ideas a day Related to: ideas in = ideas out -Spiritual health: Are you acknowledging that you are just standard and that you can't control most of the things around you? Are you doing the best way you can the things that are in your control? Have a terrific day. Thanks again!

I REALLY love gardening. At the age of 49, I've had enough of working for others, and videos like this, Mel Robbins, David Goggins, Les Brown and Jim Rohn have all made me decide to start my own landscaping business. I've been too afraid of my own confidence (IF that makes sense), and of what people think of me AND of SUCCEEDING. Ain't that stupid?
@IngridMClark
@IngridMClark 5 жыл бұрын
Once you decided what you love to do and what to do the goal is already yours because mind moves matter. It all starts with a thought. :) You can be certain that the same way you learned waking and working for other people you can learn to value yourself and your desires by following your dream to beautify your environment. As you probably know, it's our subconscious mind which stores our beliefs and directs our actions. Now, the subconscious needs a new program. Think, speak and write down what your new business looks and feels like, how much money your loyal customers are paying you and your subconscious will inspire you to act accordingly. FEAR and EXCITEMENT arouse the same physical symptoms. Choose excitement and success. Namaste

20:00 this is Such Invaluable Advice to Overcome Inertia ... Overcome Laziness .. If you don't "DO" it (exercise mind muscles for ideas) you will get Atrophy ... thanks for the reminder ... i too got into a bicycle accident was surprised how much muscle i lost in just 2 weeks of non daily use this is the reason not to be lazy ... wasting my life ! :-)

Thank you so much for this. When you get to the bottom it's a lot harder to grasp hope. When you need encouragement this makes so much sense...surrounding yourself with only positive ones, outsourcing, admitting failures and quickly moving forward. We never think we can be to the point where you truly believe there is no hope. But, until you've been there...you may not understand all the power here. Thank you for this. #perspective #positive #anythingispossible #letgo #moveforward

Every morning I listen to something that will motivate, inspire or teach me. Although they are connected and what motivates me also teaches and inspires, usually there is one dominating theme. Laughter and comedy wasn't in my morning listen list but it used to be and when I couldn't help laughing with in the first 5 minutes (kissing the basketball players elbow) I remembered how important laughter was and how I used to schedule it in. Thanks for the reminder, motivation, inspiration and especially today, the laughter and most of all, thanks for your amazing channel!
