Just lost it completely earlier🫠. Luckily, I can control it that I don't take it onto my children directly. But man, I never knew the level or rage even being possible to feel. We have been through a lot as a family (children being hospitalised, for example), so my nervous system has been a wreck. So, thank you for explaining this in a way that is not bringing a mom down who's already struggling🤍. You are a sweet soul. God bless you🙏🏻.

Quitting coffee got rid of my mom rage.

Ooooh I love this! I know it helps some peoples hormone balance to stop drinking coffee on an empty stomach too. I love how the Lord leads us all to healing in different ways! 🤍

@@TransformedHomemakersSociety I was never a coffee drinker until after my first was born. When the rage started hitting, I knew something wasn’t right as it wasn’t like me to act that way. I didn’t know what was causing my rage until one day I came across a KZfaq video explaining how coffee raises your stress hormone. Quitting coffee was a game changer, and I felt like my normal self again.
