Ready for bigger triceps?
Last night I hit the gym and pulled out a few different tricep variations that you can add to your routine. My goal is to give you slightly different tweaks on exercises you already love.
As always let me know what you want to see next in the comments below and yes an abs video is coming this week...

@@michaelspringer8704 yeah i was watching greg doucete only talks about others and people subscribe him who does not care about competing or training or bodybuilding and making jokes about him. And he thinks he is doing right.. every video talking about frenchtoast... and yes carbs you do not eat for growth.. cheap carbs means you look like crap. And another thing he trains 35 years and still looks to small.. IF i train 35 years i could be mr olimpia and i train only 2 years. see my picture. And i am 38 years old. Good information makes you better.. Training good and eating good is gold.. Does not matter what kind of food you like, just eating protein and enough fat is enough for getting results. IF you eat bad and training good you will never look like bb. And if you eat good and training bad you will never look like bb.. Simple

Thanks Ryan. I've used many variations of tricep work for years. Some worked, some didn't, but I kept mixing it up to "surprise " the area. I don't move anything close to my younger days, but I still get 20 reps with a 40lb dumbbell tri extension for 3 sets each arm. I just turned 66 last month.

Because for a lot of people, anything goes when it comes to achieving hypertrophy. Lots of bodybuilders half-rep everything seeking the pump, but if your goal is strength in the full range of motion, you need to train the full range of motion. At least on most exercises. Different goals I guess.
@SirApathetic
@SirApathetic 4 жыл бұрын
I fully extend my tricep during tricep exercises. You won't get the full contraction of the tricep if you don't. I started out not fully extending my triceps. But when I started to, I got a way better burn and I actually found I was falsely using more weight than I should've at the time. Because it's much more of a challenge for your triceps to extend than to stop right before extension.
