Haven’t been eating Vietnamese food much since turning vegan. Banh beo chay looks very appetizing. I can make my own version when my family makes these dishes. Thank you so much for sharing these recipes. 😘

Be careful of stock powder. Those already experienced with the diet will already know, but many powders, even cheap ones, will have actual beef or chicken extracts. You can make your own by pulverizing nutritional yeast flakes in a blender with some salt and spices.
