Imagine a Blood angel Casting Wings of Sanguinius To sprout wings and Fly and takes a Dark Angel with them the Dark angel then drop in behind the enemy he then cast Trephination and There Mind bursts inside their Head in a pool of Brain matter

Not in my Dark Angels Legion, nor in my Dark Angels, (only) Primaris Wing are librarians in blue. Nothing in any of my armies or figures are painted blue, this is to not reference those traitors in the Eastern Segmentum.

Science is pretty restrained by the Adeptus Mechanicus. As for the statecraft, I think some restraint would do the Imperium a lot of good.

It's canon that the Ork Blood is red, though they coulda used a Copper-based hemocyanin blood to make the blood blue, or something else to make it green.

Because suffering builds a character. Fr though, i dont remember it how other comments describe it - something like what weasel said. Emperor didnt show his face and powers until humanity was ready/needed him. Because if he shown himself too soon, they would have seen him as a tyrant trying to take over and rule everyone.

I belive they wore chapters colours. Athough not all chapters had librarians. I've never even notice Librarians mostly wearing blue... although most SM you see are from Ultra Marines... so it would be strange if they did not. With that said Chaplins usualy wear black.

Jason Ferron during the heresy the librarians were still technically outlawed and most legions followed the emperors edict. The exceptions being the white scars and space wolves. The librarians of the other legions rarely used their powers and only under the direst of situations and most were still chastised for it afterwords. They didn’t even use their force weapons or hoods. So ya they just had legion colors

Librarians were not a thing during the Horus Heresy, all psykers except navigatora and astropaths were forbidden and any psychic marines in the loyalist legions fought as standard astartes. Guilliman even commented on it that the edict of Nikea had left them at a disadvantage since he was aware that psykers were highly useful when combating daemons

Daniel Scutt no it was rolled out much earlier, during the crusade itself, by Magnus. It was pretty much 50/50 with some legions seeing the potential and adopting magnus’s training programs, others like the death guard just flat out rejecting it and the space wolves and white scars disapproving of the librarius but using their own “shaman” powers and training methods instead

So why do Librarians wear blue Power Armour? And do the Librarians of the Chapters like Space Wolves, Blood Angels, Dark Angels, and Black Templars also wear blue Power Armour?

Calixtus blood angels & Dark Angels yes, Space Wolves wear runic covered armour that protects them from warp energies. Black Templars however have no librarians at all as they seek to purge all witchcraft and refuse to use it themselves.

Question: How did the Tau learn about warp powers? I mean you'd have a pretty damn hard time convincing a regular person that magic was 100% real sitting in front of them doing demonstrations. The Tau don't have that advantage, they only see it when it's being shot at them by their enemies. Or do they like rationalize it by just assuming that it's all psionics (like supposed real life psychics who use ESP etc. with no warp component to it)?

Tau society is split on it. Most of the ethereals and most tau warriors call it “mind science” and that they just don’t understand the tec the other races are using yet. The exception is the latest sphere of expansion that got trapped in the warp and all of the tau got to watch up close as all of their partner races got nomed, if they were lucky, by various daemons and then came face to face with a greater daemon on the verge of god hood. The survivors had a rather quick change of mind
