The video demonstrates a full body workout, composed of the best exercises included in the set of exercises and a series of short videos (#shorts) released on our Mindful Fitness channel in the past 2021.

The workout is structured in such a way that, gradually warming up you work the whole body from top to bottom, from the shoulders and arms through the entire body and spine to the legs and feet.
Particular attention is paid to revitalizing the spine, shoulder girdle, arms, increasing flexibility, mobility and the range of functional capabilities of the joints of the legs, arms and shoulders, opening the hips, pumping the muscles of the legs, arms, back, press.
The exercises in this workout are non-standard, interesting and very effective.
It is advisable to do this workout 1-2 times a week, alternating with other workouts and exercises.
Contraindications: diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, acute inflammatory and infectious diseases, lack of basic training and skills to control one's own body.
