This 40 Minute Total Body Pilates Workout is an intermediate Pilates workout. The pace is slow to moderate so you can focus on proper muscular activation so you can get the full benefits of each Pilates exercise.
A slow flow Pilates class can also have a more calming effect on the mind and you really get to work on the mind body connection, so you are aware of each movement, making the Pilates exercises more effective.
Since this does have a slower tempo, it is a perfect routine for Pilates Beginners looking to add some Intermediate Pilates exercises into your at home practice.
