Learn to slowly let go of social, emotional and mental triggers. Question your thoughts and find what really matters. Raise your standards to the life you want to live. Do not live in an emotional state if you don't want to be in an emotional state. You decide every moment in time. Infinite possibilities. You walk your own path, noone else's. The only limit is you.

Once I was in a Tibetan Monestry 1000 years old in Ladakh called Hemis. The feeling there was exactly as this. I entered, the monks making "music", a huge bowl from which incense smoke came, a small hole for light in the roof, in the sunlight the incense smoke reflecting. The feeling was amazing, stepping back in time. This video reflects this feeling. A good meditation vibe. May love, peace, happiness and compassion be your part! Shanti hain! 💜🙏👁💜
